Stephen D. Ciotoli

Steve concentrates in the areas of civil litigation and trial practice, with an emphasis on education, municipal, commercial and insurance defense law.

Steve obtained his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1981, and his law degree from the University of San Francisco in 1984. Steve practiced law in California for 20 years. For 12 years, he was as senior litigation and trial counsel for Zurich North America Insurance Co. in San Francisco. Steve returned to central New York and joined the Firm in 2003.

Steve is a member of both the California and New York State Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice law in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of California and the Northern District of New York.

Steve and his wife, Mary, have two children, and they reside in Syracuse. He enjoys traveling, scuba diving and fine dining.
